This edition of Montblanc TimeWalker Automatic Chronograph boasts an eye-catching alliance of colours and materials that includes red gold and shiny brown ceramic, reinforcing its racing spirit look.

The design of the TimeWalker Automatic Chronograph is directly rooted in the world of racing with details that recall the golden age of motor racing. The dial, with its new brown backdrop, is enhanced by the hands, minute track, numerals and indexes all in plated red gold, accentuating the vertically aligned 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph counters that are reminiscent of the dashboards of classic racing cars.

This strong colour contrast reinforces the dynamic performance of the timepiece and underlines its sporty elegance. Other distinctive details include a central red hand recording the chronograph seconds and featuring a tip that has been sculpted in the form of the Minerva arrow, an iconic symbol for the Maison, and a nod to Minerva’s legacy and heritage.

For utmost visibility, both in the day and at night, the red gold-plated dauphine hands, indexes and 5-minute marking have been coated with Super-LumiNova.

Performance and style continue onto the 43 mm, 18K red gold case which is satin finished, providing a more automotive sporty look and better resistance to scratches. The horns, with their architectural and carved flanks, are semi-skeletonized like the air inlets of a car’s body.

The Montblanc TimeWalker Automatic Chronograph features an emblematic high-tech ceramic bezel, giving it a striking and everlasting shiny look (only strong materials like diamonds can scratch ceramic). The bezel is knurled on the flank and comes in a brown colour that matches the overall design perfectly. This unidirectional rotating bezel can also be used as a second time zone indicator.

To complete the red gold and brown aesthetics, the knurled inserts of the red gold coloured pushers and the crown have been made in brown colour.

In the spirit of motor racing, the case back is equipped with a smoked glass opening, reminiscent of the glass windows that cover powerful V12 engines, and comes on a brown calf leather strap with perforation holes, like the leather driving gloves used in the days when steering wheels were made of wood and needed to be firmly gripped.

The strap comes fitted with the Maison’s 18K red gold triple folding clasp, providing excellent flexibility and maximum comfort on the wrist.

The Montblanc TimeWalker Automatic Chronograph is powered by the calibre MB 25.07, is water resistant to 100 metres, and has been rigorously tested by the Montblanc Laboratory Test 500, providing utmost reliability and performance.
